I would like to thank you for seeing me so promptly and for your treatment that has supported me in a prompt return to work following my recent accident. What has really impressed me is the advice you have offered relating to posture and sitting correctly for my long distance travel and computer work, and the exercises that have expedited my recovery. My GP actively supported me in my decision to seek immediate support from an osteopath rather than – as I have in the past, waiting for soft tissue injury pain to settle – and I personally believe this has reduced the time I have had to be absent from work.

Ian came to review the desk set-ups in our office - particularly the relationship between the people, their chairs, desks and computers. the new set-ups were strange at first but didn't take long to get used to. No more slumping over desks for us with our new found work postures!
