I'm here at the Newark and Lincolnshire Future First school careers expo to inspire the next generation of Osteopaths and Physiotherapists.

It's National Stress Awareness week and one thing that helps me with stress is doing a job I love. We're expecting 1,000 teenagers from Magnus Church of England School, Newark Academy, The Minster School, Southwell, Toot Hill School, Sir William Robertson High School, Hill Holt Wood, The Dukeries Academy and The Joseph Whitaker School - so hoping I can inspire some of them to find a career they love too!
